Vast majority of download and installation questions can be solved just by reading them.

  • 1. If you experience troubles with downloading software, this signifies your download is broken, slow or corrupted.

If your connection is not fast, we highly recommend using special programs – download managers. These programs, for example, FlashGet (Windows systems) or iGetter (Mac systems) may be helpful for you. You can get these programs for free from your Members Zone.

Download managers are a must when you download large programs like Windows (Vista or 7), Adobe or AutoCAD products. Do not use Internet Explorer to download huge installation archives. If somehow your download stops or gets blocked, Internet Explorer will not resume it!

  • 2. You have problems with extracting program from an archive.

We encourage our users to use WinZip software to extract programs from archives. You can download this program in Members Zone for free. Mac users have default Archive Utility that can be used for extraction purposes.

  • 3. You cannot install a program, or you don’t have a serial number, or you have a Trial version of the program.

Extract the archive you have downloaded to a specified folder on hard drive or to your Desktop. Open this folder, find a file with “README” title, open it and follow the instructions in this file.
